Terms of Use
Effective date: {{EFFECTIVE_DATE}}
These terms are an agreement between you and Cretova LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, 1309 Coffeen Avenue STE 1200, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA ("we", "us"), for the Arden app and this website. By using Arden you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use Arden.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Arden.
2. Not medical advice
3. No dose recommendations
Arden does not recommend doses, compounds, schedules or cycles. Everything in Arden is based on what you enter. You are responsible for the information you enter and for any decisions you make. Check what you enter against the instructions of your prescriber or pharmacist.
4. Unit converter
The unit converter does arithmetic on the numbers you type in (for example, converting between units). It does not tell you what to take and has no preset doses. You are responsible for checking every result before relying on it.
5. Illustrative estimates
Charts such as the estimated level curve and the lab calibration view are illustrations based on your logged doses and published half-life figures. They are not blood levels or measurements, and may differ a lot from your real levels. Lab flags ("Above range", "Below range", "In range") only compare a value to the range you typed in, which you take from your own lab report.
6. Subscriptions and auto-renewal
- Arden offers a yearly plan at $49.99 with a 7-day free trial, and a monthly plan at $12.99. Prices may vary by region and can change; the price shown in the App Store at purchase applies.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
- Manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID settings (apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions). Deleting the app does not cancel it.
- Any unused part of a free trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
- Refunds are handled by Apple. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot issue refunds for App Store purchases.
Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to your use of the app. If it conflicts with these terms, the EULA prevails for the matters it covers.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use Arden to track, obtain or use illegal substances, or for any unlawful purpose;
- copy, reverse engineer, resell or interfere with the app, except as the law allows;
- misuse the app in a way that could harm others or our services.
8. Your data
Your data stays on your device and remains yours. You are responsible for backing it up. Deleting the app or using "Delete all my data" cannot be undone. See our Privacy Policy.
9. Intellectual property
Arden, its name, design, software and content belong to Cretova LLC or its licensors and are protected by law. We give you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, under these terms and Apple's usage rules. We claim no ownership of the data you enter.
10. Disclaimers
Arden is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement, to the extent the law allows. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that reminders will always be delivered on time.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Cretova LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits or health outcomes, arising from your use of Arden. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for Arden in the 12 months before the claim. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you, and nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Courts in Wyoming have jurisdiction, except where your local consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim where you live.
13. Changes
We may update these terms. We will post the new version here with a new effective date. Continuing to use Arden after a change means you accept it.
