How do I restore my purchase?

Open Arden, go to Settings > Subscription > Restore purchases (or tap Restore on the paywall). Use the same Apple ID you bought with. If nothing is found, check that you are signed in to the right Apple ID in iOS Settings.

How do I cancel my subscription?

On your iPhone open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, choose Arden and tap Cancel. Arden's Settings > Manage subscription also takes you there. Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal (or before the free trial ends) to avoid being charged. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.

Can I get a refund?

Apple handles refunds for App Store purchases. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com and choose Arden.

How do I delete my data?

Go to Settings > Your data > Delete all my data. This erases your protocols, doses, labs, weight and progress photos from this iPhone, cancels reminders and cannot be undone. It does not remove Apple Health samples (delete those in the Health app) or your subscription. To remove individual entries, delete them in the app.

How do I export my data?

Go to Settings > Export data. Choose Export PDF report (protocols, 90 days of doses, labs and weight) or Export CSV (everything in one spreadsheet-ready file). The file opens in the iOS share sheet so you choose where to save or send it.

How do I turn Face ID lock on or off?

Go to Settings > Reminders and privacy > Face ID lock. Arden asks for Face ID (or your passcode) to change it. The lock applies at launch and after the app has been in the background for more than a minute. If it is unavailable, set up Face ID or a passcode in iOS Settings first.

How does Apple Health work?

It is optional. Turn it on in Settings > Reminders and privacy > Apple Health sync. Arden reads and writes weight and waist only. To change access, open iOS Settings > Health > Data Access & Devices > Arden.

My reminders are not firing
  1. In Arden, check Settings > Dose reminders is on.
  2. In iOS Settings > Notifications > Arden, make sure notifications are allowed.
  3. Check that Focus or Do Not Disturb is not silencing them.
  4. Open Arden once. Reminders are refreshed whenever the app opens, and iOS limits how many local notifications can be scheduled at once (Arden plans the next 30 doses).
